Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Like almost every web application, HelloAnswer uses them. This page explains what we set, why, and what happens if you turn them off.

The short answer: we keep it minimal. We use cookies to sign you in and keep you signed in. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not set third-party tracking cookies.

• Authentication cookies. When you sign in, we set secure session cookies so you stay signed in as you move around the dashboard. They are refreshed automatically and removed when you sign out or when your session expires. The platform does not work without them.
• Preference cookies. We may store small preferences, such as interface state, so the app remembers how you like things set up between visits.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this page first and tell you what was added and why.

Agencies run their client portals on their own domains. Those portals use the same essential authentication cookies described above, scoped to the agency's domain, so the agency's users can sign in.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Be aware that our cookies are almost entirely essential: with cookies blocked, you will not be able to sign in or use the dashboard. The public marketing pages will still work fine.
